The gap between the rich and the poor in China is growing and it threatens to cause social chaos in the big cities. In a backyard in Beijing rubbish dumps have grown as big as tower blocks. Amongst old newspapers, bottles, and empty chemical containers, people from the provinces try to create a future for themselves.
