2008-08-21Gunnar Nilsson is working from dawn until dusk catching the famous rare golden Vendace roe, better known as Kalix Löjrom. Five weeks a year, during September and October, the whole of Sören village, in northern Sweden, joins in the filtering and cleaning of his catchings upon his arrival. Two months later his, and his fellow fishermen's, expensive delicacy ends up on the tables of The Nobel Prize Award Ceremony.
